Party Planning Packages

Let Mel plan your next event. Choose a package to suit your requirements and budget from one of these party planning packages:

1. Ideas Please  – This is a good package for you if you know what theme you want and need some ideas and costings for invitations, venues, decorations, atmospheric music, order of events, party games, costumes, prizes, food and drinks and cake. This package provides you with the ideas for the things you will need and some tips on where to get them and how to implement them on the day.

Ideas Please package is $150 and is paid upfront. It includes an initial conversation on the phone, up to 3 hours research, an email containing the ideas, useful contacts and costings for items and venues and instructions on how to set up and run the event on the day. You will then follow the instructions and make all purchases yourself, set up and run the event on the day.

You may wish to give Mel the task of creating the invitations in line with your theme as this is highly important when setting the mood for the event. Ask Mel for a quote.

You can add one of our Standard Party Packages to run the entertainment for you on the day. Ask Mel for a quote.

2. Shop For Me Please – This is an extension of the first package. It’s great for time poor mums or mums with little ones that make physically running around and shopping a nightmare! It’s also fabulous for people stuck in offices throughout the day with little time to shop and those who hate shopping in general. The good news is Mel loves to shop! This is a passion you are either born with or without and luckily for you the girl is a shopping expert!

Shop For Me Please  is $350 and is paid in instalments. The $150 deposit includes the Ideas Please package and following this you receive a phone call to discuss the ideas presented and the costings. From this point a list of items will be confirmed and signed off and paid for so that Mel can go shopping. Depending on the ideas and the requirements the shopping can take many hours to complete. The you do the shopping package covers you for up to 3 hours shopping and an hour delivery to your door. The remaining $200 is paid on delivery of the goods. If there is any reason Mel feels that the length of time needed to complete the purchases will exceed the time allocated she will flag it and discuss options with you. Extra time may be charged with your approval.

3. The Whole Shebang  – This is a custom package tailored to suit your individual requirements. The process always begins with a booking fee of $150 and this provides you with the Ideas Please package and then we move along from there.
